What exactly is mental health, it is the ability of a person’s mind to think properly and process things within few seconds and come up with a solution or answer. This is the definition which you know but there is a lot of things except these things also like mental health is also like physical health the more you workout the better the health will be.

Exactly like that mental health needs it’s workout which can be easily done by reading books, listening to good music, meditation the biggest boost for mental health and there are a lot of other ways by which a person can build their mental capabilities.

What will happen if you don’t care about your mental health ?

The answer to your question is what happens when you don’t take care of your physical health, you get sick exactly like that if you are not talking care of the mind it will become sick then you will have to face a lot of issues like depression, sickness, anxiety, and a lot of different mental issues which can be extremely dangerous.

So what we can do to take care of our mental health?

The answer is extremely simple so I will give you few pointers which you guys can use to grow up your mental abilities for a health mind

1) Meditation 🧘‍♀️- see the people who know me personally knows this very well that i am a huge supporter of Meditation because see it is an art of living which helps you to control your breath, mind and taught and gives you the ability to think more creatively and gives you an inner happiness which is extremely rare to find now a days.

2) Yoga - You might be thinking how yoga will help in mental health but a mind will stay fresh when a person’s physical health is also in a good shape, yoga helps you to open up your body and it makes you feel fresh and active so you can think in more productive way.

3) Stop Overthinking - Biggest issue right now which we are facing is overthinking because people have a lot of free time in this lock down and they are literally thinking a lot of crap in this time which had made them crazy and angry and now these people have started overthinking for little things also which disturb’s their mental health.

4) Smile - The biggest weapon any person can literally have is a SMILE because one smile can change a lot of things and can make you look you confident, smart and positive which will make you instantly attractive and when people will start loving you then your mind will. Remain happy and. Healthy

5) Read Books - Reading is an habit which is not being followed now a days but seriously think about it you will always find successful people reading books and other stuff because they know it will help you to communicate better and will make their brain to work more so it remains active and powerful whenever it is required.

There are a lot of other ways also which you can use to grow your mental health and it will also help you to become more successful in life.
