This Social Media generation is very Attractive but it can make a person destroy his mental health if it is not used in a proper way, a study has told us that people who use a lot of social media apps and are unable to maintain an health balance better their social and work life tend to have a lot of problems and it can even lead to mental breakdowns because people only show their best side of life on social media not the side which requires hard work which make others jealous and they start feeling bad about themselves that they are nothing and how miserable their life is but that is not the truth.
We can see many celebrities are not happy in their life and they show a lot good and happy vibes in public because it is their work to hide their problems and look good but the reality is completely different form that even they have problems and they also suffer from mental breakdowns but this is the sad side of our Society that people only want to see the good side no one wants to know the struggle behind in, People want a perfect life but no one is willing to change or work for it.
But Yes when you start realising it and you want to become successful in life you take that hard step of changing your life and start a new journey which is called the journey of self improvement.
How to start this journey :-
1. Realise what needs to be changed
2. Work on Yourself (Gym, Books, Music or anything will be helpful)
3. Remove Negativity (Stop thinking about the bad side focus on the good side also)
4. You are Worth It (People always miss judge themselves and become demotivated STOP Doing That)
5. Self Improvement requires Hard Work (You want to change your life then you have to work for it)
6. No One Is Perfect - You can make mistakes and learn from it
7. Be Unique - No one can become successful by copying someone else so be different
8. You Are Worth It - you are worth everything which you have and what you want from life
9. Learning is a never ending process - You can learn new things from anyone or anything
10. Believe - Trust the process and believe in yourself
