Mental Peace the only thing which everyone is asking for now a days but it is getting hard to achieve day by day because we are just surrounded by so much of things now a days like Social Media, Mobile, Movies, Stress, Work, Depression,Overthinking and a lot of stuff which is constantly going inside your head and in you life is just to much to handle.

Sometimes you really need to just take a break from all the social media and other crap and just give yourself some time and space so you mind can also rest and just feel the power of concentration it is just magical you can sense the power coming back to you, everything seems so easy and you feel so light and healthy.

This power of Self healing and Mental Peace is just magical lord Buddha also taught this to people because this is the way to make your brain more powerful and  productive.

Try few methods to achieve the Mental Peace

1. Meditation : This might be boring for many but once you start doing it you will feel so relaxed & chilled out 

2. Break From Social Media : World is so busy showing themselves great on social media that they forget about the real life and world so take a short break every day for few hours and you will feel the difference.

3. Spend more time on self Improvement then on the Social Media

4. Spend time with friends and family instead of your phone.

5. STOP OVERTHINKING FOR SMALL STUFF

6. Go out for hiking's and feel the natures beauty.

7. Push Yourself Hard and Stop settling small things in life.

8. Earn Money but first Earn Respect.

These are the few points you need to do so  you guys can feel that peace & understand how trapped you are in this circle of Social Media and Technology, all of this is made to help us not to distract us from the real world.
