How To Remove Stage Fear

 Fear of public speaking or we can also call it stage fear this is very common now a days as teens are not habitual of this activity, from school time till he collage time we never actually got an opportunity to speak in public and suddenly when we were told to speak in front of everyone or on a stage then suddenly everything changed. This fear gives you an anxiety and shivering which make you completely unable to speak anything and sometimes people do faint and get panic attack due to sudden public speaking stress.

But yes there are 2 types of people some are good at public speaking and some are bad, but why this difference is present.

The reason is simple which is called experience, few people have tried it from their school/collage time till now. They have tried and practiced it so much that their confidence level has increased and they don't feel shy or scared now while speaking in front of anyone or at any place.


The Question which we have now is how we can reduce this effect so here are few ways through which you can reduce or eliminate this effect of stage fear :-

1. Practice is the key to success (try until you are perfect at it)

2. Practice speaking in front of a mirror

3. Work on your communication skills

4. Confidence building is the key to reduce fear

5. Read more books and newspaper to improve your knowledge

Building an habit takes time so don't force yourself and rush things up, practice till you became professional in that work.
