In today's time people are really taking a lot of stress for small small stuff, seriously already the world is become like a big stress bag and  you guys are also become more sad for small stuff, Be Happy. Enjoy every moment of your life even if it is bad or anything just try to find something small to smile and enjoy it.

Let's talk about few ways how we can be happy :

1. Forgive - holding on to anger for someone is of no use you will just start overthinking and it will make you more angry and nothing else.

2. Stop Complaining - Instead of complaining again and again for no reason either go out and try to fix the issue  or just accept it and move on.

3. Spend Some Quality time with your loved ones and with your family.

4. Exercise Daily - Make your body and brain work so it can stop thinking about useless stuff.

5. Stop Chasing Useless people, you really don't need them.

6. Laugh every single day until your face and belly pains.

7. Learn to Meditate - all the answers you are seeking lies within

8. Start your day with a yes I Can Do It & a Thank you

9. Forgive yourself if you have made any mistakes in past because that time is gone now and move ahead and work hard to improve yourself.
