The Biggest Super Power you can ever have is the power of being calm and composed at any type of situation like when you are being targeted or whenever you are being yelled at or when you are late for office or school or it maybe anything if you can stay calm and composed in that situation i can assure you, it can change you life

When you stay calm at any serious situation you give your brain some time to understand then situation and a calm mind can give better suggestions then a tensed mined I can assure you that.

But How You Will Learn That ?

The answer is simple and yet again by meditating and also by no reacting to the situation at first because whenever you are stressed you brain get's panicked and it gives you anything as a solution which comes first in his head.

When you are relaxed you tend to take some time and think about the situation and then also think about the consequences for anything you will be doing that in that situation and it can help you a lot believe me.

So there are few ways how you can learn this art of relaxing yourself in these types of situations. 

1. Do not react without listening to the whole thing what the other person is saying.

2. Take you time before speaking anything to anyone.

3. Try to calm your mind and reduce the anger while you are in any tough situation because anger can lead to a lot of troubles and bad decisions.

4. Smile - the biggest stress killer and making someone show how confident you are is by smiling in front of them.

5. Try to avoid any argument when you are angry.

6. Try to make an eye contact and just remove it instantly so you can show that you are not bothered at all.

These are few things which you can do to avoid losing your temper in any serious situation
