Biggest problem in today's world is Anger Issues because people are getting offended by literally everything and anger issue is increasing day by day in our society, people are just letting their anger take over their life which can cause a lot of issue in life like people trying avoid you, employees not happy with you, co-workers not happy with you, friends leaving you alone and a lot of different issues can take place.
See as per me I follow a very simple concept of using that anger to make my self more productive, now you must be thinking how wait let me explain it to you.
What you guys normally do when you are angry ?
1. You Yell at the person because of whom you are angry
2. You will yell at your brother or sister or in worst case on your family.
3. You will just leave everything and will cry alone.
4. you will try to stay away from that thing or person who made you angry.
Now what i do is i take that anger and try to understand it why this thing happened, then i try to understand those points and try to reverse the situation on that person and thank him for doing it, you must be thinking this person is going crazier day by day but non as per the study and this method being used my many great speakers and leader you can understand the human have a tendency to urge in fights due to dopamine release because our brain finds it interesting but when you control your brain instead of letting your brain control you then see how calmly you will be able to handle any situation.
I make that person shocked by not reacting because now his brain is getting weird vibes that why the situation got so calmed and then that person will realize what he did wrong and where he needs to apologize.
See everyone gets angry but it is on you how you can convert that anger into your favor like instead of fighting just move on and do something productive and divert your mind.
How to calm your mind :
1. Do Meditation - this is literally the best thing to do whenever you are angry because it will give you time to relax yourself and think before taking any action.
2. Take Time To Respond - whenever you are angry never make quick decisions because it can cause of lot of troubles for you, take your time think about the situation make yourself calm and ask yourself how you can change the whole scene then react.
3. Don't react OR React with a Smile - The most savage thing you can do is to laugh at the situation and answer that person with a smile this will make them think 1000 times before messing up with you in the future.
and by many other ways you can change a lot of things and control your anger issues.
If still you are unable to do it go see a doctor because it can be harmful for you and to all those people who are still getting angry on small small stuff a line for you guys.
