The Family issues are more dangerous then depressions sometimes as they take a long time to fix and can usually build a lot of mental pressure for a person. How To Control Your Emotions

Emotions an State of Mind where people generally get stuck and loose their control over their Thoughts, Feelings & Mental Stability. In this situation people go through a lot of emotional thoughts which is extremely hard to control but why does this happen, how some feeling change so much that it changes your entire point of views towards anything at that point of time. Generally there is always a strong reason behind these emotional changes which can be either a happy reason, sad reason, any thing which made you angry, heartbreak, emotional needs, metal breakdown or etc. and at these point people loose their control over their emotions and do such things which can create a lot of issues for them in future generally people do take wrong decisions when either they are extremely or Happy or Sad.


How To Control These Emotions :-

1. For controlling Emotions you need mental calmness and peace & to get that peace you need to train your mind to accept the situation which had happened. 

2. Meditation - this method is the most working one as you can control your mind and emotions by daily practicing meditation for 20 minutes at least every single day.

3. Try to be calm and compose in stressful situation and control your mind for responding in a better way in these situations.

4. Don't keep your emotions inside every time, sometimes it is fine to cry or show happiness at some points.

5. Go out and meet friend and new people because by meeting new people you can sometimes feel better and it can change your current mental state.

6. Try to avoid staying near those people or things which give you these triggers which disturbs your emotional state.

7. Appreciate yourself more and and enjoy whenever it is possible.

8. Emotions are temporary but life is long so don't let any temporary emotion ruin your future and present.

9. Share your feeling you don't need to feel everything alone sometimes talking about your feeling with someone you trust is fine.

10. Live your life and enjoy the journey these emotions and situations are just a part of it and take them as a treat or lesson for future.
