Bankers are facing an lot of troubles in this period of lock down as they still have to work and they are not provided with any protection kit, but still they are going to work to make sure people get their money who don't know how to use online banking facilities.
Bankers are always put in stress like when demonetization happened banker had to work so hard for first understanding the complete policy then they had to manage such a hug crowd which is already angry because of the warm weather and then they had to stand for hours in line just to give back their old 500 and 1000 RS note.
Bankers face a lot of abuses in this time as people used to think they are not working and they are making people suffer in that heat but that was not true they had to follow the rules and they were the ones who faced all the issues, working for long hours, doing overtime, Getting abused by the public, and a lot of different troubles they had faced in that point of time.
When the problems of demonetization started to get over for the bankers then this Paramedic Started and again bakers started to get in troubles as government was not providing any support to them and again they had to deal with angry public as government started to give money to the public which was 1500rs and some subsidies but there was a lot of terms and conditions behind that money which no one knows except the bankers.
1. Subsidies was given only to those who's Aadhaar card was linked with their bank account and a lot of people didn't had their adhar linked which created a lot a mess for the bankers.
2. 1500 RS was sent in 3 batches of 500 Rs due to which there was again long queue's outside the bank and which could have created a lot of trouble for the bankers as this Corona Virus could have spread over there.
3. No PPA kit or any kind of protection kit was not provided to the bankers which was really bad as they are dealing with a lot of public on the daily basis and still government is not taking any step for their safety.
4. Public is not understanding that the budget of 20 lakh crore rs which was given for farmers and other small business man's is in the form of a loan which they had to pay back later and there will be installments and interest over that money, for which the recovery department will again had to face a lot of troubles.
5.Subsidies on LPG is still not provided to many people who's aadhaar card's are not linked with the banks due to which bankers had to do extra work.
6. People are not aware of the situation that bank's are not stopping their workers to give anyone's subsidies to them it is the government who has created this term that if anyone need's subsidies they have to link their aadhaar card's first with their bank accounts.
6. No pickup and drop facilities for the bankers either they had to come by their own vehicle or they had to use public transport which can be very risky.
See this situation what bankers had to deal with every time just think about that only 10 to 15 and a security guard had to deal with this long Queues and angry people who are already facing troubles due to lock down and no money.
See what i wanted to say is RESPECT the persons who are working in banks even in this lock down, they are risking their lives for you guys so you can get your salaries and subsidies on time.
