Sometimes People don't realize that the words are very powerful it has the ability to break you or make you, but still people don't realize how we to use your words properly because words are free to be used and to say anything but they might cost you later on.
When you are demotivating someone and making them feel bad about themselves do you have ever felt what are you guys doing, how you are effecting someone's mental health no because every thing is a joke to you till it is happening with someone else, but think about it if someone will start doing it with you how you will feel about it.
It is easy to say anything but think about the consequences of what you are doing people are already so stressed about a lot of things which are happening in their life's and on the top of that you are also demotivating them, abusing them making them feel bad about themselves.
See yes we have freedom of speech and we can use it any how we want but no one has given you the right to judge someone on any basis, i could have attached photos of people how they behave on social media, this is so toxic that a normal person will feel shy to see it, These people are using abusive language to any celebrity of the social media and to their families, death threats are coming by these people who are scared of a lizard also these people are writing that "i will kill you and all".
what is this behavior what are evolving into animals with the ability to talk, no even the animals are far more better then us right now at-least they have respect for others.
Yes, now maybe after looking at this picture you might realize how much your words can effect someone.
Words can not hurt only when you abuse someone it can effect in lot of ways like,
1. Promising someone and then never completing that promise also come's under this category.
2. Forcing someone to do something and if they don't do it making fun of them and abusing them.
3. Bullying someone and laughing at them.
4. Never appreciating your kids on their success
5. Neglecting your kids decision.
6. Comparing kids with other kids.
7. Calling your kids lazy, dumb, waste and etc.
There are a lot of things which even parents need to understand that kids are sensitive they take things very seriously if you are doing something from the list just stop it, I know you guys are doing it for their betterment but this way is wrong.
Understand your kids, help them, support them, Love them.
Choose your words before you say it, because you don't know what other person is going through and you words can either help them or send them to depression.
Even to all the manager's out there support your staff they are like your family, do not use them and abuse them, help them to grow and keep them happy if you have the power then use it in the right way
I can tell you with my personal experience keep your team like a family and see how important they will become for you they will go out of their limitations for you and will be completely loyal and trustworthy with you.
They are sweet people who are there to learn stuff and grow so help them to grow because helping someone will never cost you much it will only help you to be more successful.
