 F amily issues  are those issues which everyone face in their day to day life as these troubles can occur anytime with anyone. These issues generally occur due to some sort of troubles with the normal life style as anything new happens then this could cause an disturbance in a persons personal life and his/hers mental peace. The Family issues are more dangerous then depressions sometimes as they take a long time to fix and can usually build a lot of mental pressure for a person. So why does these issues occurs a lot now a days in every family, why there is so much issues which are building between the families one f the reasons can be  1. Communication Gap - People now a days don't talk with each other and have a lot of issues while communicating and that cause a distance between people and that distance cause these family issues. 2. This is a journey of a boy who belongs to a middle class family, As I completed my 12th I started searching about different streams other them C.A, Banking or E.t.c as I was a commerce student. Then I came across Hospitality Management a field with a lot of potential promises and mainly it was different as I never wanted to do something which other Thousands of people were doing, My thinking was to do something completely different so I opted this course and started understanding it more and more as this was not only about becoming a manager, it was about how to become a better version of you. Yes this journey was not at all easy for me as a spoiled kid from a Punjabi family i had never done any work at home and suddenly I had to clean places, cook food, call people Sir or Mam, which was a complete shock for me. There was a phase in my life where I wanted to Quit all this and I started going into depression, but that was the moment were i called my Dad and told him the reality
